| We just had our car repaired there. I was hit by someone that did not stop at a stop line. The car, barely a year old and pristine, had damage to the driver's side door and a little to the rear door. The owner, Jamie gave us a straight up opinion of what needed to be done. We met the insurance appraiser there the next day and got the estimate settled on a Thursday. I made an appointment to bring the car in Monday and had it back looking like new on Friday. The cost was what they quoted us and Dunwell took care to make sure the appraiser gave us a fair estimate, the right allowance on parts to do it RIGHT! The work at Dunwell is so good and perhaps most important, it is a shop I trust impeccably. Straightforward, honest, solid workmanship. No funny business, just good business! I chose Dunwell again and have sent family and friends there for years. I live in Hicksville and though there are reputable shops closer to me, it was worth the trip because I sleep better knowing my car is being taken care of by good, hardworking people. |

Our experience with Dunwell Collision has been only good. We confidently take our cars there for prompt and courteous auto body repairs and have received the best service possible. I have had all my vehicles repaired at Dunwell. I have been treated with great customer service and the repairs have been completed in a timely manner. The quality of repairs has been excellent and reasonably priced. It is our pleasure to continue our relationship with Dunwell & Jim and we will keep referring customers to them.
